Refund policy

Short version: cancel during the trial and you are never charged. If the first payment goes through and you would rather not have paid it, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it.
1The trial is the trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and a payment method is required to begin it. Nothing is charged during those three days. Cancelling before the trial ends means you are never billed at all, and that is the cleanest way to decide whether the tool suits you.

2First payment
If your first charge lands and the tool turns out not to be right for you, email support@colormockups.com within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. No conditions, no questionnaire.
3Renewals
Renewal payments are not automatically refundable. Your renewal date is shown on your account page and in the reminder emails we send, and cancelling before it stops the charge.
That said, if a renewal caught you out — you forgot, you stopped using it months ago, the charge was a genuine surprise — write to us. We would rather refund a payment you did not want than keep money from someone who is not using the product.
4When we will not refund
- Where the account has been used to breach the fair use policy, for example sharing one account across several people or automating access.
- Where a refund has already been issued for the same subscription period.
- Where the payment is being disputed with your bank or PayPal at the same time — we will deal with that dispute instead.
5Statutory rights
Where the law where you live gives you stronger cancellation or refund rights than this policy, those rights apply and nothing here limits them. UK and EU consumers in particular keep their statutory right to cancel a distance contract.
6How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method through them, and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
7How to ask
Email support@colormockups.com from the address on your account. Tell us which charge you mean — the date and amount are enough. We aim to answer within one business day.
